Section 100
Issue
to defendant (1) In accordance with Section 99, unless the plaintiff himself or through his legal practitioner submits a deadline to the defendant, the court shall issue a deadline to the defendant within three days from the date of registration of the complaint.
(2) When issuing a time limit according to sub-section (1), the plaintiff shall submit a copy of the complaint filed with the court and the supporting documents along with the complaint.
(3) After the deadline has been issued by the court, if the defendant applies for a copy of the complaint or missile attachment before submitting the reply, the court shall provide a certified copy of such document.
